Return & Exchange Policy

MOKWN ("we", "our", "us") operates mokwn.com, an online store for Arduino boards, sensors, ESP32 modules, and electronics components in Egypt. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and exchanges work for orders delivered within Egypt.

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. If a component arrives defective, damaged, or not working out of the box, we replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping fees, and we cover the return shipping.

We also accept returns for non-defective products within 3 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and has not been soldered or modified. For change-of-mind returns the product price is refunded and the customer covers return shipping. Exchanges for a different model are accepted under the same conditions.
