Return & Exchange Policy

MOKWN operates mokwn.com, an online store for Arduino boards, sensors, ESP32 modules, and electronics components in Egypt. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and exchanges work for orders delivered within Egypt.

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery for components delivered in Egypt. Defective or damaged items are replaced or fully refunded with all shipping costs covered by MOKWN.

Non-defective components can also be returned or exchanged within the 3-day window, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and have not been soldered or modified into a circuit (customer covers return shipping).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or card refund. Damage caused by misuse, overvoltage, incorrect wiring, or soldering is not eligible for return.
