These terms govern your use of mokwn.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation; we may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs. Delivery is available across all Egyptian governorates via partners such as Bosta and Aramex, with fees shown at checkout.

Defective-on-arrival components are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in original packaging. Damage caused by misuse, overvoltage, incorrect wiring, or soldering is not covered.
