MOKWN ("we", "our", "us") operates mokwn.com, an online store for Arduino boards, sensors, ESP32 modules, and electronics components in Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
We collect account data (name, email, phone), order data (shipping address, order contents, payment status), communication data (messages via WhatsApp or email), and anonymized usage analytics used to improve the store. We never sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by licensed providers; we never see or store your full card number. For cash-on-delivery orders only your address and phone number are shared with our courier partner. Service providers processing data on our instructions include Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), payment processors, and delivery partners such as Bosta and Aramex.
