The WS2812B (NeoPixel) is a smart, individually addressable RGB LED strip powered by 5V DC. Each of the 60 5050-SMD LEDs houses an integrated driver chip, allowing you to set 24-bit full-color RGB data for every single pixel independently over a single GPIO data line from Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi.
